• What platforms do we support
  EPE Online and RadioBygones can be read on any computer that supports Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0 or higher. This includes Windows 2000, ME, XP, and NT; also UNIX, Linux, and Macs. The key point is that each issue is delivered as a Adobe PDF file, and it's your responsibility to ensure that you have access to an appropriate utilities on your computer before you purchase the magazine. This site can be viewed using IE 6.0 however for optimum performance IE7.0 or FireFox 3.0 or higher is strongly reccommended.
• Do I need an active email account to register

  Yes, We validate email addresses used to register with this site. If you dont have an email account you can get a free email account from several companies that include:

  Google Gmail at www.gmail.com

  Yahoo at www.yahoo.com

  Microsoft at www.hotmail.com

   

  We do not reccommend any one providers - just take your pick

• How soon after I purchase can I access my first issue

  When you purchased a 12-month subscription or any back issues, you will receive two emails. The first email you receive will be your invoice for your records. The second email you receive will contain your access keys. If you purchased a 12 month subscription your email will contain 12 keys, one for each month of your subscription. the access key email will be received as soon as we have confirmation of your payment, so please allow up to 24 hours for this email to arrive.

• What format do you use to deliver EPE Online and RadioBygones
  EPE Online and Radio Bygones is presented in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. If you don't already have Acrobat Reader (7.0 or higher on your system), click the icon to the right to visit Adobe's pages at www.adobe.com where you can download a FREE copy.
• What advantages does Google Checkout offer me
  • With Google Checkout, you can quickly and easily buy from EPE Online and many other stores across the web.
  • If you've used Google Checkout before, all you need to do is provide your Checkout username and password to buy from us.
  • If you're using Google Checkout for the first time, you only have to fill out a single page of information once to make your first purchase. • How do I Register
  In the upper-right-hand corner of the home page you'll see the login area. In the future, once you've created an account your system should automatically log you in.

• How long do I have access to my 12 month subscription?
  You have access to magazines that you have purchased for 13 months from your initial subscription purchase date. For example if you signed up in January 2004 for a 12 month subscription, your 12 issues would be available until the end of March 2005. Users are encouraged to download each magazine as and when it is made available on the web site.

• When does each issue become available?
  We used to email folks, but a lot of readers said that they knew when the magazine came out so please stop bugging them ... sometimes you just can't win .

  In fact, each issue of EPE Online is posted on or a few days before the middle of the preceding month -- that is the April issue will be posted on or before March 15th, the May issue will be posed on or before May 15th, and so on.

• How long do I have access to back issues that I have purchased?
  Single copy issues are made available on the day of publication. When a back issue is purchased it will remain available for two months from the time of purchase for customer to download. Customers are encouraged to download each magazine as and when it is purchased.
• How do I subscribe to EPE Online
  If you are a first-time subscriber, when you click the Subscribe link on our Home Page, amongst other things you will see a dialog that allows you to purchase a 12-month subscription that commences with the current issue, the current issue on its own, or individual back issues. Click the one year subscription box and/or any back issue boxes, then click the "Buy EPE Online" button. This will take you to a new page where you can purchase your subscription online by credit card (Visa or Mastercard).

  If you don't have a credit card or if you don't wish to subscribe online, you can purchase a subscription by Fax or by sending us a Check or Money Order.

  As soon as you've completed your purchase, you'll be able to Download the appropriate issues to your computer. (Note that when you purchase a 12-month subscription, only the current month will initially be available - we'll inform you by email when subsequent issues are posted each month).

• Why cant I see the project code library?
  The project Code Library is a restricted to registered users. Once you register on the site you will be able to access the project code library.
• Existing Subscribers - How do I move my account
  We're currently in the process of upgrading the EPE Online website to have a brand-spanking-new look-and-feel with lots of exciting features. This page explains everything you need to do to move your existing subscribe to the magazine from the old site to this NEW site

• Can I renew my subscription to EPE before my current subscription expires
  Yes. The new site now allows you to renew your subscription to EPE Online up to one month before your current subscription expires. Just select the 12 month subscription product with the start date of next month.

Radio Bygones

• How many issues are included in my 12 month subscription
  Radio Bygones is published 6 times a year, so a 12 month subscription would include 6 issues. Issues are published in December, Febuary, April, June, August and October of each year.
• How long do I have access to my back issues
  Back issues will be available for purchase 3 months from the original data of issue. When a back issue is purchased it will remain available for two months from the time of purchase for customer to download. Customers are encouraged to download each magazine as and when it is purchased.
